Snack Mahjong Connect is a fruit and vegetables-themed connect game. You have to match fruits and vegetables of the same type by clicking on them. If there are any obstacles between the two tiles you’re connecting, the game won’t let you match them. This is also the main difference between Mahjong connect and regular Mahjong.

The game also has some unique mechanics, which differentiate it from other connect games and reward you for planning. Making sure to beat the timer every time is also an essential part of winning.

Mind the obstacles

In Snack Mahjong Connect, obstacles will often block you from being able to connect the pieces. What’s cool about this game is that you can destroy obstacles by matching snacks next to them. By doing this, you allow yourself to create more options to connect pieces.

Another convenient game feature is that if you connect two snacks, and there are more dupes of them beside them, you’ll also destroy all the duplicates. This allows you to remove more than two pieces per round if you plan carefully.

You can only connect the matches via horizontal and vertical lines. Although the line doesn’t need to be straight and can make turns, you’re not able to connect them via diagonal lines. You also can’t connect any pieces that are right next to each other, and instead, there needs to be at least one cube between them.

Snack Mahjong Connect Timer

The last mechanic that you need to pay mind to is the timer. Each level has a set timer that you need to beat. Every time you make a match, you add extra seconds to the timer but take too long, and you’ll lose the round. Planning and quick thinking are vital in Snack Mahjong Connect.
