FreeCell Solitaire Time is a more challenging twist on the classic FreeCell versions. Like all other versions of the game, you have to build your 4 HomeCells in ascending order. The twist is that you don’t have an infinite amount of time to win the round – you have a time limit of 10 minutes per round. You have to analyze the board with haste while being quick and decisive with every move.

Moving cards quickly is crucial. You need to quickly locate your Aces and Deuces and release them, as the longer you take to do so, the less time you’re going to have. Focusing on quickly building columns will go a long way with beating the timer.

Another element that adds an extra dimension of difficulty is the lack of an Undo button. If you make a move you’re not happy with you’ll have to play around it and change your strategy on the spot. In this regard, you can say FreeCell Time is a much more punishing version of FreeCell and forces you to really be on top of your game.

The game also rewards you with more points the faster you finish the round. You get extra points for winning in fewer moves and with more time to spare. This is why it’s important to think quickly and focus on beating the timer, as the game also tracks your fastest ever solved round and your highest score. Becoming a pro at FreeCell Time can you make a total pro at all FreeCell games.
